Full Stack Developer Wanted at the County Administrative Boards' IT Department

The IT department of the County Administrative Boards is in an exciting phase of development where digitization, innovative solutions, and security and preparedness issues are in focus.

The IT department of the County Administrative Boards is national and works for all 21 County Administrative Boards in Sweden.

Job Description

We are looking for a full stack developer who has a feel for both technology and people. You are someone who enjoys collaborating with the business, asking those smart questions, and building solutions that are as elegant as they are useful. Bonus points if you get happy every time you build something that saves time for thousands of users.

You will:

• Work in a team that builds mapping support and services that make community planning understandable, usable, and hopefully a bit less… complicated.
• Develop modern web applications across the entire stack – frontend, backend, database, and everything in between.
• Build upon our DevOps flows and ensure they run smoothly in production.

Qualifications

At least 5 years in development and DevOps work.

Frontend

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Vue.js or React

Backend

• .NET / .NET Core and API development

Database

• SQL Server (e.g., complex joins, indexing, performance optimization, stored procedures, and SSIS / ETL flows)

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Containers (Docker + Kubernetes or OpenShift)
• Windows Server environments

Meritorious

• AD, networking, virtualization, PowerShell, Linux
• Experience from large public organizations or security-classified development
• Mapping technology: OpenLayers and/or Esri

The salary range for this position is approximately 46,000 - 53,000 SEK and is based on skill in relation to relevant competence for this position.
